I watched the clip, but I didn't get what you got! He just jumped from the moment when they took the land from Fatima(as), to the moment of her death.........He tried to mention the worest moment in her life. Regardless to the "exaggeration", there was no sign that she was killed, not even died out of sorrow, unless the traslator was not honest, for I just read the translated text!
