Fursan al-Maidan Attracts Millions of Yemeni Audience
Fursan al-Maidan (Knights of the Yard), a very popular occasional TV program, attracts millions of the Yemeni and Arab audience watching Yemen Satellite Channel. The six-year-old program combines several favorable elements that do not exist in any other program. It combines religious, cultural, historic, and entertaining sections. It can be considered as documentation to the tourist and historic places in the county by means of field and recent visits and photography. The entertaining section includes the various traditional games of the various regions, which in turn enlivens those games that were almost forgotten. The best aspect of the program that is directed by Ms. Nadia Hazza was the choice of the gifted announcer, Mr. Yehya Allow, whose presentation is highly appreciated by the public. This is clearly seen when the audience receive him.
